I'll start by saying, Billy and his team were fantastic! From the start of the process, right up until the end, they were excellent. Great customer service, they really cared about the job they were doing and cared what we thought about every step.

We had a whole roof replacement. Billy came to do the quote. From the very start we could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about, really knowledgeable, we could tell he knew the roofing business inside out!

We did consider having solar panels. There were many WhatsApp messages and emails between Billy and us, with us asking more and more questions! At no time did Billy mind, he was professional to the last, even arranging for us to have a face to face meeting with his solar panel expert and him. At the meeting both were 100% honest, giving us options and not pushing for a sale.

In the end we decided to not have solar panels. We scheduled in the job. Scaffolding had to be put up first, and again Billy ensured, before and after, that everything was ok. Then the main job started. Billy was there to ensure the skip was put in the right place, on wood panels to not ruin the grass! His team were great, both friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to supply them with tea and biscuits!

Once the job was complete Billy ensured we were completely happy. He was very keen to explain exactly what had been done, what materials had been used and why, and what decisions they had had to make along the way. Even once the scaffolding had been taken down Billy came along to tidy up and to finish off in the loft where a beam had become rotten, with rain getting in, hence the need of a new roof!

In summary, Billy and his team were great, we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody else who needs their services.
